Emma and Chris got married at Wensum Valley Golf Club on the 14th May, their colour scheme with ivories and mid-night blue. Emma chose to have a stunning ‘heart’ shaped bouquet, (which is a posy style bouquet but has a wired tapered point, so almost like a shower bouquet) The bouquet was almost all ivories with touches of blue dotted through, flowers included beautiful `Duchess De Nemo’ white peonies, Avalanche roses, Snowflake spray roses, white lisianthus, clusters of gyp, with blue thistles and blue delphinium florets worked amongst the other flowers.
Emma didn’t want the bouquet to look too formal so olive, rosemary and eucalyptus foliages were dotted throughout to add a slight ‘just picked’ feel. The five bridesmaids were wearing midnight blue dresses, so their flowers were very similar to the brides but posy style instead. The bouquets were finished with a neat band of overlaid ivory and blue ribbons, I suggested to perhaps leave the ends long to trail, which would look great in the photos as they catch the wind. The buttonholes were simple and sophisticated, a gorgeous cluster of gyp with scented foliages including rosemary, eucalyptus and olive with a neat band of natural paper covered wire to finish.
