Whether you are looking for a few props to add the final finishing touches to your wedding or are hoping to build a beautiful decor plan from scratch, our extensive range of props, furniture and decorations contain just about everything you can think of to ensure your wedding looks amazing!
If you are feeling comfortable with setting up your venue directly and know which props you require, our hire only service may work for you. If you would like some input into the selection of your props, I’m more than happy to meet with you at my unit where we can chat through your plans and I can show you some pieces that may work with your décor scheme, theme and budget.
If you are looking for some styling support, we can chat through your requirements either on the telephone or in person at my unit. Once I have a good understanding of the style you’re aiming for, I’ll pop together a quotation which will contain all the props that will help bring your vision to life. Once your styling plan is finalised, I’ll then be with you for up to 4 hours on your venue setup day to style your hired props and pretties, ensuring these look picture perfect! This is a great option if you would like to incorporate more complex design ideas into your décor scheme but would like the reassurance that these will be professionally styled for you.
If you require a florist and prop hire then we offer a full package, we would do all your wedding flowers as well as dress you venue with the hired props. We can meet for a full chat through your floral and venue dressing requirements either on the telephone or in person at my unit. Once I have a good understanding of the style you’re aiming for, I’ll put a two quotes together one with all your flower requirements and the second will contain all the props that will help bring your vision to life. Once your styling and floral design plan is finalised, I’ll then be with you for up to 6 hours with a highly talented team of stylers, on your venue setup day to style your flowers, hired props and pretties, ensuring these look utterly amazing. This is a perfect option if you’re looking for a florist and to hire props, keeping it all under one business insuring you get a consistent look to your décor scheme.

Yes. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept bookings under £125.
In order to secure your booking, our payment terms are as follows:
A deposit of 50% of total booking amount or £125 (whichever is greater) with the balance payable 30 days prior to your wedding.
All payments are non-refundable and props are not secured until a deposit payment has been received.
The Ivy Floral Events prop hire studio is based just outside of Norwich, Norfolk (NR14) – there is parking directly outside. We provide props predominantly for weddings in Norfolk and Suffolk and sometimes in Cambridge, Essex and London.
We offer a delivery and collection service for bookings over £175 in Norfolk and Suffolk. All mileage (two return journeys) is charged from/to our hire studio (NR14 8DT) and your venue at 50p per mile and is invoiced as per the google maps calculation. We are able to accept bookings under £175 (but no less then £125), however, we are unable to offer delivery /collection and therefore these will need to be collected and returned to our prop hire studio during our studio opening hours. For bookings in Cambridge or Essex, we have a minimum spend of £300 to qualify for delivery. Mileage is chargeable as per the above.
We will contact you to make the delivery/collection arrangements no sooner than two weeks before your wedding when our schedules for your date have been finalised. We take care of multiple weddings each weekend, so whilst we always try and accommodate any requested delivery/collection slots, these cannot be guaranteed, unfortunately.
If you would prefer to collect and return the props from/to us, no problem! Collection appointments are generally arranged for the day before your wedding and return appointments the day after during our studio opening hours. We will always try to accommodate earlier collections/later returns, but this does depend on availability and additional charges may apply.
We offer prop viewing appointments between October and April only. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer viewing appointments throughout the peak wedding season as our team spend their time on-site making weddings look amazing! Please note that we only hold a small selection of our collection in the prop hire studio, therefore, we require a list of the items you would like to see in advance so that we can ensure the props are available for you to view.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our studio environment, we are unable to accommodate children (under 16 years of age) at appointments. We also ask that you wear sensible shoes as you will be visiting a warehouse environment
A Security Deposit of £200 or 20% of the total hire amount (whichever is greater) is payable via BACS transfer with your final balance, one month prior to the Hire Date. We will not release any props to you without this being paid. Assuming our props and pretties are returned in line with our terms and conditions of hire (we provide a copy of these at the booking stage), we will refund the security deposit via BACS transfer no later than 72 hours following your final handover appointment. A replacement fee applies for any missing or damaged items.
In most cases, we allow a day for drop off / set up (if appropriate), the hire day itself, followed by the collection day.
For prop hire bookings, it is your responsibility to ensure that all props are packaged (in the packaging provided by Ivy Floral Events) and ready for collection (gathered in one location within 25 metres of our van) when our driver arrives. Charges will be applied should our driver arrive on-site and not be able to load and depart within 15 minutes of arrival.
We do offer a takedown service at a cost of £100 (subject to availability), where our team will pack the props that you have hired. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like to add this as an option.
