Emma and Greg at Hales Hall

Emma and Greg got married at the sensational Hales Hall, both the ceremony and the reception taking place in The Great Barn, Emma knew exactly what she liked with regards to the flowers, she wanted them all to be neutral shades with the barn flowers being high impact and striking.

The bouquets were neat and defined with the flowers massed together creating a gorgeous, opulent style, blooms including Hydrangeas, Lisianthus, ‘Garden O’Hara’ massed petalled highly scented roses, chalk white ‘Majolica’ spray roses with pretty ‘Olive’ foliages mixed through.

The buttonholes were a cluster style made up from a single ‘Majolica’ spray rose head nestled together with soft toned foliages for a lovely natural style. For the ceremony Greg and Emma hold the back wall boxes dresses with lots of beautiful blooms in neutral tones making the most incredible back-drop to get married in-front off, flowers including Hydrangeas, roses, sweet scented stocks, Lisianthus, Dahlias and spray roses with mixed foliages worked through. The smaller side boxes in the ceremony area were also dressed with flowers matching in with the main design on the back wall, lots of mis-match lanterns were clustered the whole way up the aisle giving the ceremony a romantic atmosphere.

After the ceremony the lanterns were dotted around the barn on side tables to be enjoyed throughout the meal and during the evening celebrations. For the tables Emma and Greg wanted high impact but simple, so we did tall flute vases with pure white Hydrangea blooms sat on the neck of the vase, twisted willow was mixed through for a subtle rustic touch, hints of powder blue eucalyptus foliages peeked out through the Hydrangea adding depth. Instead of a traditional cake they went for a cake made from cheese, I then decorated this with fresh fruits and flowers that matched in with the rest of the wedding for a simple, pretty look.
